We are happy to announce that we have become part of the Pandea Global M&A international network.

Pandea Global M&A is a global network of selected independent firms with a primary focus on the origination and implementation of mergers and acquisitions in the middle market. They usually focus on transaction values between EUR 5 and 500 million.

It offers its clients services such as creating and executing cross-border transactions, providing an expanded and cohesive approach to a larger set of international acquisition targets, local market expertise and overseas buyers.

They have been active in the market since 1990 and are currently found in 33 countries with 58 offices in which more than 300 experts from all over the world work. Since 1990, they have closed more than 2,500 deals worth more than 30 billion euros.
